Yep, it's 34 degrees outside ... well, you know teenagers these days ... flipflops, shorts and a beanie to keep their ears warm.

To explain ... a few years ago Matthew got trick candles on his b-day cake.
SO...the next year, he came armed to his b-day party...with a blow dryer!
